Meena Ganesh, Co-founder & CEO
Meena is one of India's foremost business leaders and most successful entrepreneurs with nearly three decades of experience in industries including healthcare, consulting, technology, outsourcing, education and e-commerce.

She is CEO of Portea Medical, India's largest and fastest growing home healthcare company, which she co-founded in July 2013. With 1700+ employees and operations across 20+ cities, Portea (www.portea.com) brings, in-home to patients, the full range of geriatric, chronic, post-operative care as well as allied healthcare services. Meena is leading the charge as the company expands to 50 cities over the next 2 years providing affordable and convenient healthcare solutions.
Till February 2013, Meena was a promoter and board member of TutorVista, and CEO and MD of Pearson Education Services, which included innovative and successful brands such as leading online tutoring company, TutorVista, and Edurite, a provider of technology-based solutions and digital content. TutorVista was acquired by Pearson, the world's top education services company, for $ 213 MM in what was one of the largest deals in the Indian education sector.

As a partner of the platform, Growthstory.in, she is also co-promoter of nearly a dozen, new-age Internet/ Technology enabled start-ups. A few of them that are leaders in their category include Bigbasket.com - India's premier e-grocery retailer and Bluestone.com - India's leading online jeweler. She also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Bigbasket.com, Bluestone.com and avagmah.com. In addition, she is a non-executive director on the board of a few other private limited companies in the financial services sector.

Prior to her stint with Pearson, Meena set up the Tesco Hindustan Service Center, Tesco's outsourced IT services and analytics operation in India, and served as the CEO. She was also the only Indian and amongst only four women in the Global Retail Council of Tesco, an elite group of about 50 people who ran the operations of Tesco worldwide.

Before joining Tesco, Meena co-founded one of India's pioneering BPO companies: Customer Asset, which she sold to ICICI OneSource. She was the Chief Operations Officer of Customer Asset and helped build the organization to nearly 4,000 people, servicing large corporate customers in UK and US markets.

Meena also had a five year stint with Microsoft India, during which she set up multiple business units including Microsoft Consulting, Internet and Application Development/Business services units. During the initial 11 years of her career, Meena was with PricewaterhouseCoopers and with NIIT.

Meena is a PGDM holder from IIM Calcutta has a graduate degree in Physics from the Madras University. In 2011, she was conferred the 'Distinguished Alumnus' award by IIM Calcutta. She was also one of the 5 finalists for the Forbes Leadership Award in 2012.

Ganesh Krishnan, Co-founder & Chairman
Ganesh is a successful serial entrepreneur with four successful green field ventures and exits.

His last venture, TutorVista was acquired by US and UK listed education leader Pearson for $ 213 MM. He was among the top 5 nominees for the Economic Times Entrepreneur of the year 2012 Award.

His current venture, Portea Medical, provides technlogy-led home health care to the Indian consumer.

He actively mentors, incubates and funds start-ups and is promoter of several Indian consumer Internet and ecommerce companies including Bigbasket.com - India's largest eGrocery company, Bluestone.com - leading online jewelry company, Avagmah.com - India's fastest growing online education company and HomeLane - India's leading end to end, vertically integrated interior design and manufacturing provider which delivered more than 1000 projects delivered across the country. In addition, his angel investments include little eye labs (acquired by Facebook in Jan 2014), mustseeIndia.com, overcart.com delyver.com, onlineprasad.com, Pokkt, SilverPush and Oximity.

Previously, Ganesh founded of the data analytics BPO firm Marketics until March 2007, when the company was acquired by NYSE listed WNS for $ 63 MM.

His previous venture, CustomerAsset was started in mid-2000 and later acquired by ICICI (NYSE listed, India's largest bank) and is now publicly listed in India as First Source Solutions.

In 1990, he founded his first company - IT&T, one of India's top multi-vendor IT service and support company. The business was acquired by iGate (a listed company) in 2003.

Ganesh has also worked as the CEO of Wipro/Bharti British Telecom - a British Telecom JV in India, and held a senior management position in HCL Ltd.

He is also a popular speaker in entrepreneurship, start-up and technology events. He has been recognized as one of the "Iconic Entrepreneurs of India" in a document published by National Knowledge Commission, Government of India.

He serves as a member of Board of Governors of Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. Krishnan is a post-graduate from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi University.

Dr. Manjusha is a MD in Internal medicine with 20 years of practice in US and India. She has handled in-patient , outpatient , chronic and acute care and trained medical residents. She is a member of American Medical Association and Associate member of American College of Physicians.
Vaibhav Tewari, COO
Vaibhav has over 18 year's diversified experience in building new businesses across Industries such as Business Process Outsourcing, Technology and Supply Chain Management.

He was the co-founder and CEO-India at iSeva, a leading BPO Company, and grew it to 2200 employees in 5 years prior to its acquisition by e4e in 2005. iSeva also consistently ranked amongst the best BPO companies to work for in India. Post the acquisition, he was the President at e4e managing India Operations across 4 centers and 3500 people till 2007. Subsequently he co-founded and ran o2s360, a B2B distributor loyalty and coupon management software company for 4 years.

In his last assignment, Vaibhav was the Chief Marketing Officer at Microland, a leading IMS Services company. He was responsible for global marketing and services strategy functions of the company. He successfully launched the Cloud Services for the company including forging partnerships with technology majors like VMware and Citrix etc.

He has worked with Citibank and Saint-Gobain in the early part of his career. Vaibhav has been an accomplished speaker at many forums and events like InterOp, CII, TiE and Cloud Connect etc. He has also published numerous papers and articles with many leading publications over the years. He has been actively involved in promoting entrepreneurship and serves on Advisory Board for many start-ups. Vaibhav is a B.Tech. from IIT Kanpur and a MBA from IIM Calcutta.

Dalip Singh Negi, VP Engineering
Dalip has over 16 years of experience in building technology team and developing solutions. He was previously CTO at Babyoye, India's leading on-line baby store. He set-up the technology office for babyoye in Bangalore and moved all development in-house.

Prior to Babyoye he was director engineering with Buzzintown, a consumer portal for events and entertainment which was acquired by Yatra in early 2012. He has worked with Tavant, Trivium & Infosys in early part of his career. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from MMMEC Gorakhpur.
Dr. Udaya Kumar Maiya (MBBS, MD, DNB, DCCF), Medical Director
Dr. Udaya is one of India's leading oncologists. He is a Director at the Bangalore Hospital as well as a Senior Consultant at Apollo Hospital, Bangalore, and the Chinmaya Institute of Oncology. Dr. Udaya focuses on radiotherapy and has published a large number of scientific articles on the topic and teaches at the postgraduate level in Bangalore.
